I give it 1 star because the front desk staff and the medical assistants were excellent. The doctor was worthless. Was in severe pain told to go home and take Tylenol. Only advice was to go to a specialist. Called specialist and the wait time for appointment is 2 months. No wonder this place was almost empty on a Sunday afternoon during the height of cold and flu season. This place is totally useless. I will never go back.
I used to be a big supporter of providers at this location but as of recently the last 2 times i’ve gone i have been seen by PA-C Brittany Wilks and i hope to never see her again. She has a serious issue with not doing her job idk if she’s an uneducated or just pure lazy but she will shew you out the door no matter the issue and tell you come back in 5-7 days if the issue worsens but if she had a single brain cell she would know the issue must be bad if i’m at the drs office, im not sure where she got her license or how she ... read more
If I could give a zero I would for my son's visit this morning! Until today based on my previous visits, I have not had any negative or bad experiences at this facility. I am writing this based on his feedback and terrible experience this morning 2/2 @ 9:40! Tyler Campos was very ill this morning and wanted to be seen. DO NOT GO HERE. Dr Krull does not use common sense and sounds like he's quoting a textbook instead of listening to his patient. I wish I had looked at the reviews before coming here, but we just had a snowstorm and it was the closest one open.
