After having a disappointing experience elsewhere, my visit to WakeMed Urgent Care was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. The most useless care I ever had. I am suffering from severe ear infection, and was prescribed ear drops for the inflammation. After a week, I’m in the same situation with pain almost worst! I spent $192 to be seen. And $68 for ear drops. Money down the drain! I don’t feel even slightly better! The severity of the pain is still there! I called to get an antibiotic prescription and they said I need to go back to get re-evaluated.
