If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We were trying not to go to the hospital, so we tried this urgent care. My mother fell and tore muscles in her leg. She was in a ton of pain. After waiting 30 minutes, she was obviously getting increasingly uncomfortable, so I simply asked the front desk if there was somewhere she could lay and stated we were not trying to be seen ahead of others, just seeing if there was a bed that was available while we waited.
