Dr. Taylor is an outstanding physician. He took his time during each of my visits, explained everything, answered all my questioned and is very thorough. And above all this man is a saint! He truly cares for his patients and it shows. You just don't find that any more.
First visit to WakeMed Pulmonology. Saw Cynthia Amster, PA-C. Great visit. Very thorough, kind and extremely patient with educating me and answering all my questions. Have tests scheduled and other referrals. I feel pretty good going forward. Highly recommend. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful too. Clean facility. Efficient. Second visit was even better. She is methodical, practical, and funny. Explains test results in very easy to understand terms as well as next steps. Very comfortable and confident in her skills.
My care at WakeMed Pulmonology has been wonderful. After being a patient of his for a year, I cannot recommend Dr. Rusher enough. His empathy, care, and knowledge has been extremely helpful as I navigate unknowns.
Dr. Trevor Taylor, WakeMed Pulmonologist, is most professional in that he has successfully diagnosed my complex pulmonology case. He has diligently considered and implemented various treatment plans until he has resolved my major concerns. He always responds quickly to my email messages on MyChart. He has even gone beyond the call of duty by calling me at night or on a weekend to see how I am doing with my treatment. WakeMed Pulmanology was reactionary, unprofessional and misdiagnosed a very mild lung issue ..the "doctor" insisted I had emphasema..what I had was blebs I was born with that were diagnosed in 1983.. when one popped. Thos matter progressed until finally I sought a second opinion with a different pulmanologist ..who stated everything WakeMed said was incorrect.
