I'v tried to call a few hours before my wife's appointment to confirm. No one answered (called none stop for about 15 min). Then I received an SMS saying the appointment was canceled. What a joke.... This place seriously need to update their CRM

At 37, expecting my first baby was hard on me emotionally and physically. From the start, the office saw me consistently throughout my pregnancy and offered around-the-clock answers and reassurance. Alyssa was the on-call nurse for nearly every question I had and not only provided compassionate care, but really heard me when I voiced concerns and fears. She always showed patience and competence.
