On Feb 22, 2026 I went to this urgent care because of severe abdominal pain on my left side. The PA prescribed tamsulosin and I picked it up at the local pharmacy and paid approximately $20. This prescription was WRONG for the following reasons: 1. Tamsulosin is NOT approved for use in women. 2. Tamsulosin should not be taken by someone who stands for long periods of time. I stand 6 hrs each day I work. 3. It should not be prescribed to anyone with an allergy to sulfur drugs. I have such an allergy and the allergy is noted i... read more
