Once again i waited almost an hour after my appointment time to be seen. When I asked twice at the front desk about the wait I was met with indifference the first time followed by not so professional hostility the second time. Hello consumer world! I’m very disappointed in the healthcare experience I received today. I had an appointment scheduled with Kathryn Salisbury, NP, after learning that Dr. Go was booked until February. I didn’t mind seeing an NP. I simply needed to be evaluated today due to ongoing palpitations.
