Couldn't have asked for a better experience! The staff was very friendly and prompt. Dr. Roy took the time with me, answered all my questions and explained the procedure and expected recovery. Thank you
My experience was wonderful! Dr.Roy and his staff were professional,efficient and caring. My surgery went great and they were very open to communication and answered any questions I had after the fact. Wake Med was also able to accept my insurance when other hospitals weren't. Over all I'm extremley happy with my time at Wake Med and with Dr' Roy's office.
Excellent care! My husband needed a hernia repair and he was seen and scheduled for surgery in less than 3 weeks. Dr. Roy has a wonderful bedside manner and all of the staff in the office were kind and caring. Highly recommend!
