I came here to be today for for mold exposure that has caused me many issues. I left with the doctor saying i had a sinus infection. The PA put nothing about Mold in his final report but stated that i had been there several times. Which i have been there several times because they have yet to treat me for mold! They are giving me treatment for everything except that which is insane. I have no idea who is worse the apartment complex’s or the actually providers who suppose to be caring for your health.

I think the signing up for Lab work could be better, it seemed better when you got a number and could see what number they are at. With current system, other then time, you may not know when you will be next. The Lab team got backed up with a patient and was doing there best with the patient and others waiting to be seen. Who ever decided on a kiosk that blindly sets your appointment in the system, needs to get a better system the their staff and customers. This is the worst hospital to come to. They literally sitting here five hours. I have sat in this lobby for multiple hours for them to take in other people before they have people that been sitting here for more than 2 to 3 hours. If you ask someone at the front desk what's going on? They tell you their problems are more severe than you so it's OK that you've been sitting here six hours. That was coughing and you was not.
