You all have got to do better. I was disappointed with I believe a “Dr. Hayes” when it came to how my mother’s care was facilitated. Dr. Hayes took over after Dr. Leaders shift ended. I’m sure they collaborated during that transition. Without getting into detail my mother came in with flank pain and my mother was ultimately constipated with a significant build up of stool. My mother left with only a prescription for pain and referral to a GI. The referral to her GI was appropriate but not even prescribing a suppository or so... read more
I came here with in the middle of the night with intense abdominal pain and I had no idea what the cause was, and I was well taken care of by Matthew, Javion and the lady who helped me with the CT scan (unfortunately I can’t remember her name). I was made comfortable and my pain was taken seriously, and they determined it was a gallbladder issue and they promptly transferred me to the Raleigh campus to have it removed. I appreciate everyone helping me on what was a rather painful night
