The older gentleman at the reception desk was slow and rude however, the medical treatment my wife received was phenomenal. The staff was professional, polite and proficient. The respiratory therapist (Christine) had the breathing treatments up and running in no time and provided us with valuable Information and helpful tips.
If you are Black do not go here they do not care!!! Terrible nurses the staff is horrible!
I wouldn’t recommend. Three hour wait when it wasn’t busy. Then spent an hour plus in a group of sick people on beds in the hallway. Offered an ibuprofen 3 hours after arrival . I was there for being hit in the face with a wrench. Felt zero attention from medical staff. Yall definitely gonna send a bill like I had a room and attention though . Lower weight times since so that’s always great at least compared to the one off of 40–42. But I was very disappointed in the fact that my PA did not put down all the notes that I informed him about. Because of this, my specialized physician will not release Certain medication
Went there today with pain in my right shoulder and I had sciatica pain as well. They just put lidocaine patches on me and did X-rays and that’s is. I told them my pain was a ten. They didn’t care because I was black. All health care facilities ignore black people in pain.
