You're better off dying legitimately than going there. 4 hrs waiting never to be seen by doctor but all my information is in "my chart" all that was needed was a prescription. 4 hrs! So o left, i felt like pain amd death would be better option than to deal with them anymore I rather chew dynamite and hemorrhoids for a year than to step foot in this place.
For a hospital the nurses and helpers need to work on the hospitality. Service was fast but pointless and while I was getting my vitals checked I was made fun of my weight by the nurse and the wheelchair guy . Being called too skinny , super skinny baby arms . Only weighting 100 pounds and then ofc to cover there butts after realizing how it can and was offensive . Wanted to say we aren’t making fun of you . Went last night for some concerning symptoms. Triage nurses were quick and efficient, and nice. It was busy, so I was placed at a bed in the hall. They warned me of this, and it was not a problem. Once the doctor saw me, Dr. Peltier, he was very thorough and showed me the differential diagnoses which I appreciated. He listened to my complaints, and assured me that nothing acute was occuring. Angie was one of my nurses, and she was very nice too.

You all have got to do better. I was disappointed with I believe a “Dr. Hayes” when it came to how my mother’s care was facilitated. Dr. Hayes took over after Dr. Leaders shift ended. I’m sure they collaborated during that transition. Without getting into detail my mother came in with flank pain and my mother was ultimately constipated with a significant build up of stool. My mother left with only a prescription for pain and referral to a GI. The referral to her GI was appropriate but not even prescribing a suppository or so... read more
