I went in to be seen for cellulitis as I have lymphedema and I’ve been having a hard time getting a referral to a lymphatic clinic and thus I ended up with cellulitis. At the same time, I ended up with a respiratory infection as well. So I went to urgent care to get some antibiotics and to be seen the doctor was great and I was seen within minutes. They're amazing. Dr Caro is an incredible human. The staff is very good as well.
All of the folks were very professional, competent, and caring.
I came in to this location this morning and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude! I am sick. If you don’t have walk in available and I ask you is there another urgent care nearby? Don’t say Do you have a phone? I said yes, she said you can google it! Show empathy and compassion!
The doctor is great. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a really bad experience with the person at the front desk. This makes me truly not want to come back here. I’ve read all the other reviews and it seems like I’m not the only person who’s had the same treatment. She is very disrespectful and always has an attitude.
