As a first-time visitor to the department, the front desk serves as the initial point of contact for the entire office. Unfortunately, Sierra was extremely rude, sarcastic, and dismissive, which left a very negative first impression.
Dr Shirley Huang was awesome loved speaking to her. She made me feel very comfortable and could talk with her about anything. :)
Dr Huang and the entire team are wonderful! She is very supportive and partners with families to encourage healthy habits for their child to achieve their health goals.
Wakemed Pediatric Weight Management is an AWESOME practice. I highly recommend them. Dr. Huang is AMAZING! She got my son to open up and actually talk to her. He has lost weight and accomplished goals he didnt think he could do. My son went from breathing hard walking to the dumpster to walking 2 miles a day. He loves to walk everywhere now. They have changed his life and gave me hope.
Dr. Shirly Huang is an amazing children's doctor that has been helping my son reach his weight goals. She is extremely caring and supportive, we couldn't have asked for a better doctor to help us with our son's overall sense of wellbeing. She has helped him feel unbelievably better about himself and it means the world to us. The nutritionists here are also great in helping families work together to improve their diets and lifestyles.
