Dr. Dosier and Miss Heather were super professional and helpful. The front desk staff however, was unbelievably rude. We arrived on time, and were told to get out because they were having breakfast. When we finally were allowed to checkin, they were chatting among themselves while checking us in. They whispered questions that I could barely hear, and when I asked politely if they could repeat them, they did so impatiently.
Dr.Dozier was awesome and very interactive with the baby and thoroughly explained everything and was very personable and had a great bedside manner. She followed up to see if I had any questions a few times throughout the visit and just overall is a very well studied and well practiced physician in pediatrics. Five stars, the get your appointment as soon as you are referred for it takes a while to get seen for initial visit, which is to be expected, but well worth the wait
Is 0 stars a possibility? They canceled my child's appointment - that we've had for MONTHS - even after I called and confirmed it on the phone... gave it to someone else and still will not uphold their commitment as they are still allowing the person who took our appointment to keep it. Absolutely atrocious management here and terrible customer service. Appalled at how this is even happening or possible...
Doctor was nice enough, but swore that our daughter's records said she has autism. She even doubled down and called to say "I wasn't wrong, your daughter has autism in her records." I think we would know if our daughter had autism, if the school said she had autism, or if she was tested for autism. Needless to say, even after checking with our pediatrician , at her recommendation, our daughter does not have autism .
