My name is Teckla Hepson and my experience with Wakemed children’s hospital PICU unit have been a horrifying and frightening journey there are only a handful of nurses who genuinely display a level of care for the patients and at any given time the hospital staff will be ready to put a child on end of life status who was just cleared to go home, given drugs like morphine and Ativan to be comfortably sedated on drugs as they die.
