Pricing is opaque. If you hafta ask.... The staff is great, but I'm sitting here in the ER bed and they want to do an ultrasound, so I asked how much. The ultra tech didn't know, so asked the front desk, front desk guy didn't know & said that's billing. So offer to contact billing for me!
My daughter was seen recently in the ER for a kidney stone and I have to say the level of doctor care at this location has plummeted. I got there after her and it was over 2 hours a doctor came in to give an update. They had to repeat a basic urine test and it took over 2 hours for the doctor to find the results and update us. I didn’t realize until late the next night after I happened to mention one of the medications to my daughter that they didn’t call that one in after I specifically asked if they would. Receptionists who helped me check in are super nice and professional. Overall great staffs - Dr. Mansour is awesome. However, my appointment time was 1050am and had waited 30 mins to be called. For folks who have to go back to their jobs after their appointment, this is really tough.
