I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
