Zero stars. I have been a loyal customer of Wakefield Oil Change Plus for years and regularly bring three vehicles there. I have always had good service in the past, which is why this experience was so disappointing. On my most recent visit, I arrived at 3:50 PM, well before closing. I left work early specifically to get my oil change done. There were five or six vehicles ahead of me, which I expected. I waited patiently. Very friendly and fast! You feel welcome soon as they open the door. Your typical get it done mechanic, greatful for these guys; four people working on a Saturday, that is a great business moto I love supporting. Great job from BC thanks for making my drive safe! We're out of my key fobs battery but kind enough to find me the model number and sent me somewhere else, saving me time and allowing me to get back on the road .. don't know if I was even in there 10 mins for my oil change, take my advice if you don't use this place... read more
I was able to get a rust proofing appointment online, came in and they did it fast. They were nice and explained things well to me. However, I asked to get my tire pressure checked and one guy forgot to put my right side tire caps back on 🥴 so I was driving around without two caps for weeks!😬😅 It was early morning and busy... Easy mistake... 🙈
I am very impressed and pleased with this company service and staff . They are one of the most professional and efficient businesses that I have experienced in a very long time in Thunder Bay. What a pleasant experience. Bravo.
