Debbie was great like always. I took my Escalade to Fred Anderson last Friday for service and brake noises. $850 later they said they couldn't find anything. Called them on the way home because the noises had gotten much louder. Was told to bring it back, but there would be an extra $125.diagnostic fee, and this is after $850. I decided to call Debbie at Wakefied because the mobile app said they had no openings. So got me in, replaced my front brakes because they were wearing uneven. Didn't wait too long... Although I have a safety recall that needs to be addressed but I was told that it will take a half day and they could drop me off at home and pick me up... Why not give me a loaner until the job is finished? Can't just leave me stranded... Not a great way to do business with a loyal customer..
