He listens, is extremely transparent, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your happiness with the car buying process, your purchase, and your safety. We recently purchased a 2017 BMW for our daughter from Wakefield Auto Gallery and the entire experience was positive from start to finish. Our salesman Alex was great to work with. If we couldn't reach Alex for any reason, owner Danny Mo jumped in to help out. I was looking for a vehicle for my elderly inlaws. I found one suitable for them at a reasonable price. Alex was very accommadating throughout the whole process. Being from out of state created some logistic problems. I had to bring my 85 year old father in law to have the car in his name. That limited my recouse in the event of mechanical problems.
