This was by far the best and most knowledgeable dealership I’ve ever worked with. Unlike most used dealers, they knew exactly how to apply the EV federal tax credit at the point of sale—which saved us a ton of time and money. Could not have had a better experience at this dealership! Alex was attentive but did not press us. He answered questions and gave the best price for the vehicle. He was very accommodating and even turned on the AC before we arrived so we’d have a comfortable test drive! Would highly recommend and would return for next vehicle!
They were all AMAZING! Dan, JD, and even Alex (who checked in on his day off) went above and beyond to help me with a Honda Pilot I was interested in. The paperwork was quick and easy, and the whole process was very efficient—truly A1 service. They also did a few things they didn’t have to, but it showed how much they care.
