I had an appointment today for a procedure. I could not get the procedure because their staff did not get the appropriate paperwork to ensure that there was a clearance for me to get this procedure. I have had this procedure done multiple times at this location. I have chronic pain in my back. I’ve called the supervisor (Erin) several times to see what the issue was and why their office allowed me to come to the appointment knowing they didn’t have the proper paperwork she has not responded or said anything about this issue.... read more
My initial visit was a wonderful experience with Dr. Reis and staff. They were very attentive and understood what I was talking about when I described my pain.
The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. Brian the specialist who did my testing explained everything that was going to be done and was nice. But it's been 9 days and I still don't have any results nor has my doctor received any results.
