Not to happy with the current change up with the staff, and unfamiliar faces that are now there!.. But Dr. Jessica Salmon, is wonderful!! Extremely thorough and detailed through every step!.. Worst experience ever! I’m left speechless by the incompetent office staff. They told me several times I was approved for a procedure and everything looked good. Several days prior they left a message that my referral wasn’t authorized. I spent 3hrs on the phone with insurance carrier and wake spine to find out what was needed. Finally, I was given a billing code that would authorize my procedure. I call my provider and insurance carrier and they rushed my authorization. The staff is super friendly and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in until you leave. The RN and Dr listened to me and treated me accordingly. I highly recommend this practice! Update! I've been seeing Jessica, the P.A., and she's great as well! She genuinely cares about you, listens, and answers any questions you have. You can't go wrong with this office and ALL of the staff!
They have helped me get my second opinion on the issue of my back and legs and they will try to explain more to you to understand the situation so that you can understand what is going on with you and Doctor Michael Roshe has explained it to me so I have a better understanding of what is going on with my own issues they do work with my other doctor's about my issues that I have got going on with me ......
