Dr. Ruffolo, is very professional and courteous, he seats down and explains your condition, and the procedure that he preformed, and how I'm progressing, I don't leave his office wondering what's next, if I have questions he answers them truthfully.
Excellent customer service from receptionist to medical assistant and my new Orthopedic Doctor were all fantastic..
Fast and easy great team
This visit went very well. Dr Neal and his staff very professional and caring. I did not have to wait very long before getting to see Dr Neal (which was unlike my previous appointment where I waited 90 minutes.)
