I have been going to WIMC for about 9 years or so. I always have an amazing experience there. The doctors and employees in general are very polite and give us all the attention we need. I have seen 3 great professionals and they are all great they go beonde the expectation! Dr Mastor, Dr Newman and now the sweet Dr Vu. very Happy with WIMC and I recommend this place and the doctor to everyone.

I just saw Dr. Hughes and Dr. Heestand for the first time recently and feel like they are a fit for me as they were very kind and helpful. Their nurse assistants are very nice too. All made me feel comfortable and showed they care about my health. The receptionists that answer the phones are helpful as well-once you get through, usually having to wait for about 8 calls ahead of me. The music on hold is frightening and agitating. “OnHold.com” has calming music for a suggestion. The patient portal is confusing. There is a tab ... read more
