Been going here for 15 years for annual physicals and routine stuff. For the last couple years it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone in the office to make an appointment without being on hold for 20+ minutes. There is no way to schedule an appointment on the patient portal. Their websites tells you to call the office to schedule an appointment. However, when you call the office, "Olivia" (the automated answering service) answers and can't actually make an appointment. "Olivia" transfers you to the front desk and warn... read more
