This practice puts patient care at risk! The practice liability insurer should be made aware immediately. I left a message on the portal two days ago for lower abdominal pain. No response! I’m now on hold over 35 minutes. It is impossible to speak to anyone unless you physically show up at the office!

I'm literally unable to contact ANYONE to schedule an appointment. What would be the maximum amount of time to respond to any communication attempt with your doctor's office? 2 days?, 3 days?, 4 days? Just trying to schedule an appointment with this place is beyond frustrating. Hold times consistently over 60 minutes for ANYTHING. Better hope your phone is fully charged.
