Dr. Vu is very good, and you can tell she cares about her patients. On the other hand her medical assistant has no concept of empathy or the ability to answer messages regarding medical care in a timely manner. The phone call from her medical assistant Nathaly after waiting 11 days for tests results was very passive aggressive borderline shaming me for calling and inquiring about my results. If you value expedient results from a doctor and their assistant when health concerns matter I would look elsewhere.
The Dr is great, the staff is not. They are rude, lazy, and incompetent. I am pretty certain they work without accountability.

Dr. Meier is wonderful! However, the medical assistant that I encountered was not pleasant at all. No people skills and blankly rude. I was called to the back she didn’t say hello, state her name or anything. I was just told immediately to step on the scale. Outside of that the only other thing she did was call out my blood pressure. Got escorted to the room, she tried to go over my list of medications, did not speak clearly, barely gave me a chance to tell her what needed to be added. Dr. Vu is the best primary physician that I have had. I’ve been seeing her for about 5 years and she is attentive, takes the time to follow up on issues from previous well checks to ensure they are resolved and to get to know me personally for the best holistic treatment. It is great to have a doctor that you trust.
