My wife and I love dr Vu! She's a wonderful physician!
Would give zero stars if I could. I've never even been to this place. Called to try and cancel my appointment, some bot took the call and refused to cancel it. Transferred me to the "front desk" saying that I might have a long hold time. Waited for 30 minutes, no one ever answered. Now I'm going to get stuck with a no-show fee I presume. Does anyone even work at the front desk? Will be making a BBB complaint or something. I truly can't believe how bad healthcare has become.
Everyone at this office was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, from the front desk staff to the blood draw team. Dr. Vu is amazing and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Her medical student, Katelyn, was exceptionally attentive and compassionate, and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. This was my first visit with Dr. John Meier and I could not be happier. I was looking for a new Primary Care Physician and expected to have to visit 2-3 doctors before finding a good fit for me, but Dr. Meier was a perfect fit. A seemingly very realistic, down to earth doctor that meets you right where you are. I never felt any pressure or criticism, but felt that he was being honest and is ready to help me attain a healthier state. Thank you to everyone in this office for doing such a great job.
This practice has always taken excellent care of me and my family. The doctors are best of the best and staff professional and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
