I did not have an appointment to pick up my glasses and only had to wait 10 minutes. I was happy.
Over the past 5 years, I have purchased both glasses and contacts that I've been happy with. When I did have a problem with the lens in my last pair of glasses looking yellow, they took care of it without any problem. They were also very kind and made time to check my eye within an hour of me calling when I thought I had a contact stuck in my eye.
Professional staff - appointments run on time!
Staff and doctor was courteous and helpful.
Dr. Swain is great. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
