I said first it was very good dental clinic but now I want to take this back as they did my tooth extraction, and they tore the gum in a way that there are loose flesh not attached to my gum its terrrrrrible and its messy not sure what should I do now, I really regret that I went to them its worst dental I have ever seen in my life.
Good dentist but insurance staff is difficult to work with. Getting estimates takes too much effort, especially if it's in advance of their protocols. If you're on a budget you need to have a rough idea of what to save. Also, when we had an insurance issue, they assumed we were wrong and did not work with us to resolve it other than telling us we had to pay and sending us a threatening notice. Receptionist very rude.Great Dentist but not a good staff upfront.Canceled my appt 24 hrs in advance still had to pay 75.00.When I asked about it front office was very rude.
stay away from this dental office. The dental hygienist inexperienced and made it painful when she picked at your gums. The staff was very rude, I could hear them use profanity when I was on the dentist chair. There is little professionalism, go some place else where they are established and nice.
loved the dentist, receptionist was rude – dr collins is a very nice and good dentist. the dental hygentist are very good. the dark headed receptionist (white lady) should be careful of what she says about pt.s. they can hear in the waiting room.
