Went in for a regular checkup
I’m so glad I found this place. They’re so good with my perfect baby and their advice just makes sense. Her Dr always takes the time to explain to me what everything means and works with my parenting style easily. I’ve never waited long for an appointment and I’ve never spent more time than I’ve needed to in an appointment. They also tell me what to look out for “don’t freak out if this happens, it’s normal” and I appreciate that because I am the type to freak out. lol
The children’s room is very hot and my appointment was at 1:40 & it’s now 2:42 and my child is still waiting to be seen by a doctor it was so hot I took me and my son to wait in the waiting room ! That was very selfish and inconsiderate to even try to make a patient wait so long in a hot room. They use to be good now they’re terrible I’m changing my child’s doctors office
I've been going there for almost 6 years. The nurses are amazing and when they can keep a doctor I've always liked them. But It's gotten really old real quick that my kids appointments are constantly canceled. They can't keep a provider. My daughter's check up has been canceled for the THIRD time. We've been trying to get her 2 year check up since August, it's not APRIL. I'm disappointed in how this office has went downhill.
We have been using Lexington Peds for almost 8 years when my first daughter was born. The first few years were always a great experience. They could always work us in for a sick visit, we got calls back quickly, etc. The past couple years have been the total opposite. I hardly ever take my kids in for sick visits because I know typically the virus just has to run its course.
