This is an excellent place to receive care. They listen to the patients and are very caring
I was told that my appointment had been canceled because it was supposed to snow the day before I had confirmed Twice online that I would be there when I got to the waiting room no one was there and I waited 45 minutes when they took me to the back I waited another 25 minutes. And in conclusion the phlebotomist was very rude because I didn't want a Band-Aid on my arm she told me I was rude for telling her that I didn't want Galls or Band-Aid put on my arm because they break my arm out . The outpatient lab at this facility is not dependable. I drove 45 minutes and checked in at 11:30, then at 11:55 was told that the lab tech was leaving for lunch and that I’d have to come back at 1:00. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me here.
