In an era where quality primary care can be difficult to find, this place is bottom of the barrel. The one star I gave was because of the awesome front desk staff, but the front desk is where quality ends. The nurses I encountered were rude. (which is really rare to find a rude nurse) My former doctor, Dr Levitt, has to be the most cavalier, careless doctor I've had in my 55 years. I wish there was a negative star. If you go to Lewisville Family Medicine/Atrium, and you see the Morgan Tucker do NOT question her or ask to be seen by another provider. You can expect a certified letter in the mail from from said Morgan Tucker (not a Dr.) stating you are no longer a patient of hers and you have also been dropped from the practice. Very caring. All the staff is professional and caring. Dr. Morris is the best. I've been going to Dr Morris for years since Dr Summers closed his office. Never did I feel rushed or disrespected.

Don't ever go here. I have had an issue everytime I have been there. No one cares about you at all. Worst healthcare office I have ever experienced. Worst communication to patients ever.
