I initially had a positive experience about 2 years ago which was my first visit. Braids were done, quickly, well, and looked great, Braiders were nice and didn't cause too much tension. THey were a bit overpriced at $300 for bra length boho and I provided my own boho human hair. However I was satisfied. I returned a second time about a year later and had a horrible experience.
