Staff so professional and knowledgeable. Kenzie was absolutely awesome from administering the hearing test, explaining my hearing loss, and cost options and fitting me for my aids. Pickup my aids today and Dr. Ed was so personable. He took his time in making sure my aids were set up in the computer correctly and showing me how to put them in to downloading the app to my phone and how to use it. I would recommend HearingLife 100% to anyone experiencing hear loss.
Made an appointment got there and they said my mom wasn’t scheduled! They actually saw her anyway but wasn’t able to do the hearing test he told me go down the hall another office could see her
Dr. Thomas did a very thorough exam and cleaned and reset my hearing aids. A very good experience.
