I love Waitrose, my 1st choice supermarket forever. even though I like M&S, lidl, aldi, Morrisons in the North, and a couple of others. This new store is not good, and I will not go there again. Donuts, sushi, everything now reverse order to find, smaller aisles for a trolley and a basket swinging off an arm, fewer check outs. No. It is the worse upgrade I have ever seen.
