The staff here is excellent! They are all professional, compassionate and kind. The massage I received from Jeany was exactly what I needed. She was sure to check on my comfort levels and just did an all around fantastic job. The headache and backache I came in with was long gone when she was through. I highly recommend this spa!
I absolutely loved my Swedish massage. So relaxing, the music was so soothing to the mind. My son set this up for a birthday gift and I promise I will get me one once a month from here on out. It was absolutely amazing. The staff was so sweet and kind. The masseuse was amazing. Kept asking was everything going fine. Took my wife their for a couples massage and pedicure for two. It was only my second time to ever get a message and so much better then my 1st, which was at a different establishment. This place was so relaxing and professional I will be coming back real soon. Thank you for making my wife's birthday special.
My daughter and I had a girls spa day and were warmly greeted by Amber. She was so kind and professional and made us feel welcomed and important. We had a facial and massage which was the best I had ever had! The staff was very kind and attending. I LOVED the fact that the music choice during my facial was instrumental praise songs. That made my experience even more wonderful. I would highly recommend WTE to all who enjoy professionalism and cleanliness with great service.

I have been going to Waiting to Exhale for quite some time. Their services are always the best. I extremely enjoy my manicure and pedicures by Lily and Marilyn. They are the best. The spa atmosphere is wonderful. I would truly recommend this great spa in Cypress. Check it out!
