I want to update my previous review and explain that I did get in touch with the company and they helped me get everything fixed. I did get my items. They were quick to ship them out.
Waiting on Martha is literally what you will be doing. I have reached out several times via email and no response about the status of my order. No shipping label has been created and my order was confirmed well over a week ago. A simple response that we have your order and are working on it would have been good enough. If I ever get my order or a response I will never order from here again. Another reason why people do don’t support small businesses because of their lack of communication and care for costumers.

There is simply not another storefront or online shop that is comparable to WOM. I am both a customer online and now locally. Their customer service is next level. Several years ago, they helped me create (and wrap in beauty peony wrapping paper) a box of curated goods for Mother’s Day. Mandy went back and forth with me on Instagram.
