I was so impressed with the office lady and her knowledge of mechanical concepts, and how well she articulated the technical terms to explain the issue I had with my car. I am very mechanically inclined. Waites has done a fantastic job with my car and even performed additional testing and diagnostics that were not even charged for, just to give me peace of mind. How about that! This company will see me again for all my services, etc. This is my 5th review ever, and for good reason.
If you ever need a pink slip done at your home, these are the guys to call. They have been visiting my premises for 4 years. There so reliable, super friendly and have a high standard workmanship , prices are great A lovely family business.. I highly recommend WAITES AUTOMOTIVE
Lovely owners. Not just professional and knowledgeable, but also warm and thoughtful. Monique even dropped me in town while I was waiting for my car. The premises are tidy and well -organized, the toilets clean, the waiting room equipped with cold water and comfortable chairs. This may not sound like much, but I’ve been travelling Australia in various unreliable cars for some years so I’ve seen my share of dodgy mechanics and unclean workshops. Excellent experience, very professional and organised. Very friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble.
We broke down in Port Macquarie. Luke and his wife found the problem immediately, had the parts ordered & managed to repair the car the next day. Absolutely amazing service.We have been to other mechanic s before leaving on our trip who did not solve the problem.
