RecommendedI want to thank this doctor for helping my dog Rocky today. Pretty bad ear infection. I called & they got me in 30 min later. Awesome treatment of my 11yr old baby. He was very kind to both of us. He saved Rocky about 5yrs ago during an allergic reaction & really helped reassure me as i was freaking out. Today even though I was there for his ear infection, he was totally ok with giving him a vaccine i was behind on. Very kind & down to earth doctor who is empathetic & nonjudgmental. Would 100% recommend!
I can not say enough about this clinic. Dr Nielsen and his staff goes out of their way to make sure your pets are happy and healthy. He provides you with a wealth of knowledge and knows what he is talking about. I will never go to another vet.
This was the worst place I have ever been to . My fiancé found a kitten yesterday . I decided to call this place quick and got the kitty in . This man the doctor took my 4 week old KITTEN and shook it by the neck not once but twice . Then said something inappropriate to me and my sister about sex . Do not bring your animals here . He does not treat them well . Disgusting man !!!
Horrible bedside manner and completely misdiagnosed our dog. I would never bring another animal to him.
Dr. Nielson is the most caring Vet that I ever met. When my cat was sick he came in the middle of the night to take care of her. He keeps you updated on how your pet is doing. I couldn't find a more compassionate Vet.
staff is so rude and the dr is NARCISSISTIC, thinks he is better than anyone else. will never take my pet here again
I wanted to publicly acknowledge and thank the Waite Park Veterinary Hospital staff. They have cared for my sweet Bleezy from the beginning to the end. They have always gone out of their way to ensure that Bleezy felt comfortable and loved. When it came to saying good bye to my sweet angel Bleezy, the vet patiently took the time to comfort me, he discussed with me that it is our duty to ensure that our pets do not suffer. Cruelty to animals!!!! I have heard horror stories about this place and would never take my pet there. They should be shut down!!!!!!!
