Our thermostat kept reading the wrong temperature. Tech discovered it was located right above a floor heating vent! Relocated it to an interior hallway wall per best practices and recalibrated it. Now the temperature reading is accurate, and the system runs much more efficiently. Simple solution, big impact.
Great place to work. Most employees who leave, end up coming back. Owners value honesty and want to always be fair. They have bent over backwards to help customers so they can provide essential needs to their residents. Not much Jim won't take on. If he doesn't know, he learns. He does a lot of work on controls so that it makes it easier and more cost effective for the customers. Hardest working team I have ever known.
