mrs. It's a great store! Wonderful clothes and set up like a small dept. store, very professionally run. Nice people that work there and very friendly. Have made some nice money there and also bought some nice clothes.
AVOID Never received money due for items sold, despite my many attempts to collect over the last 4 months. I'd give 0 stars, if it were an option.
Worst Consignment Experience - Customer service via phone was rude. - Parking was a challenge, to say the least. - There's no handicap-friendly way to enter establishment. - Arrived and was yelled at for using wrong door (yet door is not clearly labeled as to which door to use for shopping vs dropping off). - Was told I could drop off my items, yet wasn't told on the phone or in person that I'd be forfeiting my items should they not sell. mrs. I moved from Memphis tn. to Cockeysville last year and stop in to see what they had to offered and had a wonderfull time great prices on very quality stuff ,the salespeople where very helpful and nice I've moved back to tn now and my girl friends are planing a shopping trip to MD just so we can shop at my favorite store waist not want not
rather give my stuff to goodwill than give them my business I did not like the staff at this store at all. My husbandly went to pick up my leftover items and he mistakenly went in the front instead of the back entrance and you would have thought he murdered someone by their rude reaction. I found the staff rude and quite snobby. Also, I laugh because several items I have seen them sell are pure junk but they mark way up and then some quality items they mark too low.
