Sushi is good but customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Called in an order for a few platters for a party. Went down to pick it up and they didnt even know/make what I ordered. Ended up waiting for 45 minutes. No discount, not even a sorry. Sushi there isnt good enough for me to sacrifice service.
Terrible customer service. Called for help with an order and the lady said, "ARE YOU SERIOUS?!" I asked, are you seriously not going to help me?" She replied with a huff and put me on hold.
