I came as a walk-in( credit for flexibility). The lady TOLD ME sit down, another came up asked “what pedicure I want”, used dirty scrubber and tools, told me pick a color but not too light bc the color I had at the time was “not right for my dark skin, rough as all get out with skin removal- toes sore and painful now, when I asked for her to be slightly more gentle and please clip more she said “you don’t have to tell me”!!! This place is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. I asked for a simple pedicure no polish, just a massage and I was only in that chair for 12 minutes. Yet, they charged me $78! Their pedicures are usually priced around $30 without polish. My friend went with me, and these ladies have no idea how to polish or do nails. They flooded my friend’s toes so much that as they grew out, they had a ridiculous lift at the edge. Diane is amazing. She took great care of me. I took off my nails on my own and messed them up. Diane was very concerned about me getting an infection. She did all my nails except for my bad one and told me to let it heal first and then she would do it. Diane was very caring, gentle, and knew exactly what I wanted. She shaped my nails perfectly and picked the perfect color for me. My nails are beautiful and look so natural. The pictures don’t do it any justice. I definitely recommend Diane to do your perfect nails 🥰
