I only give them 1 star because negative 1000 stars is not an option. I dropped off my mower in early may and was told by Warren that it would be ready in a week. Dozens of phone calls (which is a fax number) and text messages with a man (mr wainwright) which got me nowhere, I finally spoke to Warren, who informed me that he didn’t know what was wrong with the mower!?!
