What an awful experience all around. The staff here is lazy, rude, and disrespectful to their customers and obviously do not care about customer service at all and it is very apparent from the way they speak to customers. I can't say enough bad things about the people who run these apartments. I would try to find anywhere to live other than here.

Don't waste your time. My S.O. and I went here with our dog to view apartments. Now they gave us the run around with the keys because some of them didn't work. Second, when we made our final decision we filled out the application and pay the fee; in addition, we were told once moved in to have security deposit, first month's rent and, pet deposit. Now, Yesterday we get a call to have our security deposit now and, they weren't holding the apartment we chose. We drive there and the manager ask to see our dog. Once looking at ... read more

I wish I were able to give negative stars, if that could even be a thing. If possible, AVOID RENTING FROM WAINRIGHT PROPERTIES AT ALL COSTS. The ladies who work at the office are always VERY rude and if you need help with something they act like it is a huge inconvienence. I would say that I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Wainright Properties but he is just as rude as his employees are, if not worse. I have had an awful experience with this leasing company.
