They knew we wanted a swimming pool for our 7yr old and i specifically told Jeanne when we booked and she confirmed the swimming pool . By their elevator doors , when we got there, they post the pool will be out from February-April !! This was one of the biggest reasons we stayed there. We knew it was rainy season in Hawaii and that the ocean could be comprised with sewage and it was most of the time we were there. The pool would of made a huge difference in our stay. Camere clasice, ușor îmbătrânite. Calitate-pret, relativ ok. Binevenită parcarea gratuită. Plaja waikiki la 5 minute de mers pe jos, asta daca o luai direct prin international market, practic te scotea direct la accesul pe plajă. De ex. nu mergea ventilația. Ca sa folosesc plita, am deschis geamul, pe langa aerul condiționat.

The building and location are amazing. Gym, pool, bbq areas, and properly working elevators. Staff is friendly. Parking is easy.

Horrible service!!!I wish I could leave no stars. I booked with them with booking. I come to check in to my condo. You have to use a pay phone from outside the door to the place. Then they have security come to bring you in. So they send security just to tell me my room isn’t ready that will be staying at a different hotel for the night. They couldn’t even message me before hand to let me know. I message them that night no response. I call in the morning and message again and no response.
