AVOID AVOID ---Rented 2603 for 7 nights. Very disappointed. Its no where near 5 star as advertised maybe a 2. Raised major issue of electrical noise coming from panel box in 3rd room 2 and 3 day ( impossible to sleep with it constantly switchin on off their response was waiting on maintenence man who is recovering from covid . Its unacceptable to charge $5500 usd for subpar accommodation. Many issues raised met with apologies but no remedy. I would avoid using this company and avoid renting 2603 . We stayed at the Ilikai (unit #1141) - This condo was perfect for what we needed for a week on Oahu. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, plus extra towels in the bathroom. Having two beds, plus a sofa bed, was so convenient for our family of four! The sliding wall was a huge plus, too, for some added privacy. We really enjoyed the lanai overlooking the marina with beautiful sunset views in the evening! Being right at the lagoon/beach was great. Do not take the risk booking with this company! You will not receive any help if something goes wrong. We have arrived for our stay in Waikiki to our direct neighbour conducting renovations all day everyday starting from 8am right through to 5pm. Loud power tools all day. I immediately reached out to Waikiki Beach Rentals and their response? Basically; so sad, too bad, go enjoy the sites instead of spending time in the room you paid for. No offer to help at all. Ilikai (unit #1532) - We stayed in this unit prior to going on Pride of America , were were sorry it was a short stay as we loved the unit , we have stayed at Ilikai on previous occasions and it has alway been a seamless process through Waikiki beach rentals. The unit was very clean, comfy bed and well thought out in what we might need for our stay. Good Wifi connection and very good shower. Stayed in unit 1706 in july 2025 - great location -smooth booking process but a bit more effort required for early check in and late check out- attentive and speedy response to queries - stunning views, plenty of balcony chairs, spacious living area- well equipped kitchen good shower and air con not too noisy However The beds were cramped up against the wardrobe and window making those areas difficult to use, the beds were rocks and i woke up every morning with a bad back, pillows were too few and too small, musty smell in a... read more
