RecommendedMy husband and daughter wanted to spend a little time cutting it up on the Niagara River. I spent a lovely hour soaking up the sun and breeze and took a few photos of my water racers. Easy to find, super nice guys running the operation. Great fun, definitely recommended.

Had an awesome experience with Waikiki. My wife and I visited hoping to take a rental out. Smooth booking process, excellent customer service, and knowledgable staff-Jet ski's ran great and we had a blast. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun time on the water!

Terrible customer service.
Very old and beat up machines.
Went for our 12 noon appointment, that we had confirmed 5 days in advance. One of the guys working there told us that he had us down for later in the day. When we stated that had a reservation that had been confirmed. He said there was nothing he could do, the skis had already been rented. Stating to my girlfriend "im not going to argue with you lady." So we left. The jet skis looked 10 years old and in rough shape. The customer service was no existent. Absolutley horrible experience.

Wonderful place with friendly people! Very safe and knowledgeable about jet skiing.We all enjoyed the experience so much!Can’t say enough good things about this place!!
