One of the best condos in Waikiki.
Very nice. Well maintained. Friendly staff. However, probably typical of the neighborhood, there is a lot of street noise in the units, even those higher up.
Quick post.(Will add more later - time permits) This is our 4th or 5th time staying here, Good location, Property manager was very helpful and responsive to all our concerns. Units are a little old but clean. Overall conditions of common area are very well maintained. The new Hawaii hotel taxe adds almost 20% more to the overall cost and could hamper our plans to book in the future. In the end we do like staying here.
The property is extremely well built but run terrible. The HOA President, General Manager, are absolutely terrible. General manager is seldom at work and is allowed to play golf during working hours with board members, contractors, etc. Very shaddy dealings going on here. Owners are second to tourists. So many complaints....STAY AWAY!!!!
