The employees are so rude and act like they don’t want you in there. It was very difficult to figure out where and how to order, and I was ignored by the girl in the bar when I tried to get help. She wasn’t doing anything productive either, and was just distracted by her phone. After I finally ordered, I realized the food is so overpriced for what you get. I got the garlic shrimp and it was very bland. Would not recommend coming here. Not sure why this place has 4 stars.

The food is sometimes hit or miss. Previously there was a musubi place that was ok. kipps ran out of hamburger meat! The ordering system is chaotic. They make the bartender the order for the food stands and do bartending duties. If that was chaotic enough, each vendor had their own point of contact line you had to wait in to order and pay. Why not just have you order and pay at the food vendor?
