I am very disappointed in Waikem service.i had my car there last Friday,the 23rd,i had a knocking noise.they said I needed new struts.we waited 3 hours in the waiting room,and when we drove the car out the knocking noise was worse then when we brought it in.they put it back up on the rack and said it was a bad part they put in,and they would call me when they get a part.Have not heard from them and my car is getting worse.i had gotten a Quote fro Monroe Muffler and they said they would do it for $234.00.Waikem charged me 286... read more
