Parking is terrible. Neighbors play their music loud from their garage all day and night even though no one’s in the garage. There’s other neighbors harboring buckets of standing water breeding mosquitoes in an area where the homeowner decides to commission as their own illegally (cut their fence and made a staircase to that site). We’ve been bringing some of these issues to the association representative Jennifer for months, and absolutely nothing has been done! Go elsewhere if you’re looking for a higher standard.
Staff is awesome!
You couldn't ask for a better community association. Always thinking of the needs not just of the residents, but schools, businesses and parks.
