Was told the lab is open until 4. I leave work early and get there at 3:15 on a Thursday. Thats when the lab tech says she is low on supplies she needs and the ones she has are expired. She wont have more until monday! The lab tech went on to tell me how popular this test is and i should have came earlier. The lab tech should be keeping much better inventory. Dr. Chan is a wonderful doctor. He listens to my concerns and directs me in a professional manner. I feel he understands and knows me.
He's always been great and puts the effort in to figure out what's wrong. His staff however can be a headache.
I absolutely adore Dr. Chan because he will see you when you are at your worst. I could not get an appointment with anyone until the following day and he still managed to squeeze me in same day. He is very caring and actually very responsive. He will ask you a ton of question and will allow you to ask anything you need. I have not felt rushed with him which is very nice. He will run all the necessary test and his staff is very kind as well. Never had a bad MA there. Been going to Dr. Chan for over 5 years now.
My grandmother is very pleased to have Dr. Chan as her PCP. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. He doesn’t force unnecessary meds on you either per my Grandmother.
