I'm UK based and have a Wahoo Kickr V1. I had an issue with the cabling recently and contacted UK support. Paddy got back to me quickly and was incredibly helpful with the issue. I can't praise the customer support enough - it really is first class and an excellent product too.
My Roam sadly broke down after 4 years usage. David from Wahoo did an awsome job and provided extended warrenty. I got Replacement for the new Version. I am suprised by this premium Service

Wahoo Fitness makes top-notch gear, and their customer service is a standout! Had an issue with my Kickr after heavy use, but the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and fixed it fast under warranty. The products (bike computers, trainers, heart rate monitors) perform amazingly—accurate, durable, and integrate perfectly with apps like Zwift. Being Atlanta-based adds a cool local touch too. If you're into cycling or tri training, Wahoo's worth it—great quality backed by solid support.
I know others have had problems with Wahoo, but my experience with customer service was amazing. My five year old Kickr Core started making a grinding noise. I reached to Wahoo asking if the do repairs or if they can tell me what parts I needed to do the repair myself. To my surprise, and after some emails back and forth documenting the problem, they offered to send me a refurbished replacement for free.
