I do not write many reviews unless their product and or service really stands out either good or bad. I purchased my Wahoo roam in 2022 and it performed above and beyond my expectations. I was hit by a car and the glass shattered. I call customer service, explained the situation. They asked for video and the serial number and I sent it over. Do not recommend wahoo at all their customers are smart is the worst customer support of any company I've dealt with
my kickr developed a fault after less than an hour of use. yes it was a V4 model out of warranty but the only solution offered, a small discount on a new model, leaves me about $1000 out of pocket and i find this completely unacceptable for a product that was clearly defective when it left the factory. i will now spend the rest of my cycling years advising clubmates and friends against buying wahoo products.
